Add Statutory Adoption Pay and Statutory Parental Bereavement Pay to payroll
Payroll admins can now include statutory adoption and bereavement payments directly in payslips and reports.
You can now add Statutory Adoption Pay (SAP) and Statutory Parental Bereavement Pay (SPBP) directly to employee payslips using two new out-of-the-box pay items.
These pay items work just like other manual statutory entries, allowing you to enter cash values that are visible on payslips and reflected in the Full Payment Submission (FPS) and Employer Payment Summary (EPS). This ensures that statutory payments are accurately reported to HMRC and included in payroll reports.
By aligning with other statutory processes and improving visibility, this change helps payroll teams maintain compliance and data integrity.

Clear and accurate FPS downloads
Full Payment Summaries fully align with what's shown online, improving accuracy and compliance.
Fields and data in downloaded FPS files will match the XML files sent to HMRC for clarity in reporting. Enhancing the reliability of these exports helps you stay compliant and streamline reconciliation.
